Tasting Notes: Our red wheat vodka has hints of baking spices and a slight sweetness from cara-crystal malted barley used in our grain bill. Our vodka is unfiltered and has all of the flavor of the grain in every bottle.

In Colorado, an audacious ski patrol once suggested avalanche chutes be turned into high alpine trails, which now bear the name Deep Temerity. Today we honor that spirit with our red wheat vodka, distilled from a grain planted each fall, braving the cold winter months before sprouting in the spring. We take those same grains and place them in our still, revealing their true essence, or spirit.
