THE SPIRIT OF THE HIGHLANDS
Years ago on a lavender farm in Appleton, one batch of lavender oil led to something a little stronger. Before long, bottles of vodka and gin started to roll out, cocktails were mixed in a yellow farmhouse and glasses were held high in cheers.
Today five spirits and a suite of on draft cocktails grace our little slice of paradise, our one of a kind Yurt Bar offers a cozy environment to all, and our umbrella shaded patio is the perfect spot to enjoy the Colorado sunshine.
